30A provides some of the most beautiful beaches on the Florida coast but as many discover the secret of Santa Rosa Beach, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find quiet beach access. Enter our slice of paradise through a gated private access point and along a short walk through the cypress trees.
Short Walk
Sweet Tea by the Sea is 4 houses from the path to our private beach access and about 7 minutes by foot from dipping your toes in the sand. Feel free to use the 6 Tommy Bahama backpack chairs included in the house, the plush beach towels and the beach wagons we have left for your convenience to make accessing your slice of paradise
just a wee bit easier.
Professional Beach Chairs
If you would like to rent professional beach chairs and umbrellas, our area is serviced by La Dolce Vita Rentals (www.ldvbeach.com or 866-651-1869). We recommend you call in advance to book your rentals. Just tell them you are with Sweet Tea by the Sea in The Preserve at Grayton Beach. The La Dolce Vita attendant on site is Ben Smith and he will take very good care of you.
